Installing and Connecting Channel D on Samsung Smart TVs
✅ Step 1: Choose Setup Method
You can install Channel D in two ways:
Option 1 (Recommended): Use your smartphone with QR code scanning.
Option 2: Use the remote and on-screen setup.
✅ Step 2: Initial Setup
Select your country.
Turn on your smart remote.
Connect to your Wi-Fi network and enter your password.
✅ Step 3: Start Setup
After successful connection, begin setup.
Accept terms and conditions.
✅ Step 4: Use QR Code for Quick Setup (Recommended)
Use your phone camera to scan the QR code displayed on your TV.
Follow prompts to:
Add your email address
Complete the two-step sign-in process
✅ Step 5: Finalize Account Sign-In
Click Next after signing in.
Make sure your TV software is up to date.
Choose whether to enable the voice assistant feature.
✅ Step 6: Search for Channel D
From the Home Screen, go to the Search icon.
Type in “Channel D” (with a space before the D).
The Channel D app will appear in the search results.
✅ Step 7: Install and Open Channel D
Select and install the Channel D app.
It will appear on your Home Screen after installation.
✅ Step 8: Enter Practice ID
Open the app and enter your 6-digit Practice ID.
You’ll find it in the top left corner of your Channel D dashboard on your computer.
✅ Step 9: Verify Connection
Your Channel D playlist will now play directly on your Samsung TV.
✅ Step 10: App Updates & Reinstallation
The app should update automatically.
If an update was interrupted or corrupted:
Go to the app and click the “Remove” button to uninstall.
Then reinstall Channel D using the Search feature.
✅ Step 11: Turn Off Sleep Timer
This is important to prevent interruptions during playback.
Sleep timer settings vary depending on model:
It may be under “All Settings” or “System Manager.”
Locate Sleep Timer and turn it off.
