How to Uninstall Existing Channel D App


Step 1: Go to Fire TV Home Page

  • Turn on your TV and go to the Amazon Fire TV home screen.


Step 2: Open Settings

  • Navigate to the Settings cog icon on the right side of the screen.

  • Select “Applications.”



Step 3: Manage Installed Applications

  • Select “Manage Installed Applications.”

  • Scroll through the list to find the Channel D app.

Step 4: Uninstall Channel D

  • Use the menu icon () on your remote.

  • Select “Uninstall” to remove the existing Channel D app.



How to Reinstall and Connect Channel D


Step 5: Open Amazon Appstore

  • Return to the Fire TV home screen.

  • Open the Appstore.

Step 6: Search for Channel D

  • Use one of the following to search:

    • Voice command

    • On-screen keyboard

    • Scan a QR code with your phone

  • Search for: “Channel D”


Step 7: Download Channel D

  • Click on the Channel D app thumbnail.

  • Press the round download icon (labeled “Get”) to install the latest version.

Step 8: Launch the App

  • Once downloaded, open the Channel D app.

  • Follow the on-screen prompts to enter your Practice ID.

  • You will receive an automated email confirming the device has connected successfully.
