How to Uninstall Existing Channel D App
✅ Step 1: Go to Fire TV Home Page
Turn on your TV and go to the Amazon Fire TV home screen.
✅ Step 2: Open Settings
Navigate to the Settings cog icon on the right side of the screen.
Select “Applications.”
✅ Step 3: Manage Installed Applications
Select “Manage Installed Applications.”
Scroll through the list to find the Channel D app.
✅ Step 4: Uninstall Channel D
Use the menu icon (☰) on your remote.
Select “Uninstall” to remove the existing Channel D app.
How to Reinstall and Connect Channel D
✅ Step 5: Open Amazon Appstore
Return to the Fire TV home screen.
Open the Appstore.
✅ Step 6: Search for Channel D
Use one of the following to search:
Voice command
On-screen keyboard
Scan a QR code with your phone
Search for: “Channel D”
✅ Step 7: Download Channel D
Click on the Channel D app thumbnail.
Press the round download icon (labeled “Get”) to install the latest version.
✅ Step 8: Launch the App
Once downloaded, open the Channel D app.
Follow the on-screen prompts to enter your Practice ID.
Confirm Successful Connection
✅ Step 9: Verify Device Connection
Visit https://my.channeld.com
Confirm that the status updates to “Device Connected” with a green dot indicator.
✅ Step 10: Check Email Confirmation
You will receive an automated email confirming the device has connected successfully.
